Terms of Service

+Payment will be made 50% before starting and 50% once I deliver and you approve the sketch.
+My work time ranges from 1 week (or less) to 1 month, which will depend on the complexity of the commission.
+If you are disrespectful during the time in which I work on your commission, I will find it necessary to cancel the commission and simply refund 15% of what you have paid.
+There are no refunds unless the work has not been started. Refunds do not apply if the piece has already been delivered.
+During the time of the commission I will send wips and parts of the process, I will be able to make the necessary changes until the illustration is to your liking, as long as this does not exceed the fact of having to do the entire piece again.
+It is necessary to have a concrete and clear reference of the characters with whom I am going to work.
+Please do not remove my signature // watermark from the piece
+Please credit my work correctly (my socials are on my card)
+The illustration will be sent by email or discord, so that it maintains its quality and there is no loss of any kind.

Términos y condiciones

+El pago se realizará 50% antes de comenzar y 50% una vez que entregue y apruebe el boceto.
+Mi tiempo de trabajo varía de una semana (o menos) a un mes, dependiendo de la complejidad de la ilustración.
+Si eres descortés o no cumples con alguno de los T.O.S durante el tiempo que trabajo en su encargo, me veré obligada a cancelarlo y simplemente reembolsarle el 15% de lo pagado.
+No se realizan reembolsos a menos que el trabajo no se haya comenzado. No se aplican reembolsos si la pieza ya se ha entregado.
+Durante el encargo, enviaré WIPS y partes del proceso. Podré realizar los cambios necesarios hasta que la ilustración sea de su agrado, siempre y cuando esto no exceda el hecho de tener que rehacer toda la pieza.
+Es necesario tener una referencia concreta y clara de los personajes con los que voy a trabajar.
+Por favor, no elimines mi firma/marca de agua de la pieza.
+Por favor, den crédito a mi trabajo correctamente (mis redes sociales están en mi card).
+La ilustración se enviará por correo electrónico o Discord para que mantenga su calidad y no haya pérdida de ningún tipo.
